Work Instructions - Quality Requirements for Purchase Orders

1. General Requirements for All Purchased Items
1.1.The supplier or subcontractor is responsible for providing the item according to the specifications defined in this order.
1.2.All requirements detailed in this quality specification are mandatory as part of the item order.
1.3.Adwice company reserves the right to decide on the scope of acceptance inspection performed on a purchased item upon its entry into the company.
1.4.Each shipment must be from the same production lot. Mixed production lots will be returned to the supplier at their expense.
1.5.Moisture-sensitive components will be supplied in vacuum packaging.
1.6.The following details will be written on the packaging:
1.6.1.Supplier Name
1.6.2.Adwice Order Numbers
1.6.3.Product Part Number according to Adwice Order
1.6.4.Quantity of products in the package
1.6.5.Warning for electrostatic discharge sensitive components according to the latest IPC 610.
1.7.The supplier is obligated to retain product documentation records - receipt documentation, tests and inspections, and production documentation for 7 years from the date of delivery or as per special request from Adwice company.

1.7.The supplier is obligated to retain product documentation records - receipt documentation, tests and inspections, and production documentation for 7 years from the date of delivery or as per special request from Adwice company.
2. General Requirements for Catalog Items (Off-the-shelf items)
2.1.ESD-sensitive items will be supplied in appropriate packaging that includes protection against electrostatic discharge.
2.2.A COC from the original manufacturer or an approved supplier will be provided for each item.
2.3.A COA (Certificate of Analysis) from the manufacturer will be attached to supplied materials.
2.4.An MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) will be provided for supplied materials.
2.5.All items with a limited shelf life must have at least 75 percent of their defined shelf life remaining, or as specifically defined for that material in the order documents.
2.6.For materials/products with a limited shelf life (expiration date), the expiration date must be indicated on each package, including the production date and any special storage conditions if required.
2.7.Electronic components older than 24 months should not be supplied.
2.8.Calibration certificates from a body accredited by a national laboratory authority, and inspection and usage instructions, will be attached to supplied measurement equipment.
2.9.Supplied electronic components will comply with RoHS and REACH standards.
2.10.If required in the order, the supplied components shall be ONLY NON-ROHS components, and a manufacturer's declaration of compliance with this requirement shall be attached.
2.2.A COC from the original manufacturer or an approved supplier will be provided for each item.
2.3.A COA (Certificate of Analysis) from the manufacturer will be attached to supplied materials.
2.4.An MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) will be provided for supplied materials.

3. General Requirements for Items Manufactured According to Adwice Company Specifications
3.1.The work must be carried out in full conformity with the attached documents.
3.2.It is the supplier's responsibility to verify with Adwice company that the item description and the documents defining it in the order are of an appropriate revision for the company's requirements.
3.3.The supplier will flow down Adwice company's quality requirements to its subcontractors, as far as they pertain to this order, and will verify them upon receiving the products from its subcontractor.
3.4.Non-conforming product - any non-conforming product that does not meet the order requirements, specifications, drawings, etc., will undergo an MRB committee review and will be immediately reported to the Quality Assurance Manager at Adwice company. The same applies to non-conforming products from the supplier's subcontractors.
3.5.The supplier will report to Adwice company any change in the product or manufacturing processes, as far as they pertain to this order, and will obtain approval for the change in the product or process.
3.6.In any case where the order is for subcontracted manufacturing activity, the employees performing the work will have appropriate qualifications for manufacturing the requested product, and if necessary, documentation will be provided as proof of their qualifications upon company request.
3.7.Adwice company, its customers for this product, and the relevant legal authorities are entitled to free access (by prior arrangement) to the facilities involved in performing the order and to all applicable documentation for the order at the supplier's premises.
3.8.Subcontractors involved in special processes of the supplier to whom the order was transferred will be approved by Adwice company as a condition for their operation.
3.9.Attached documents -
3.9.1.A COC from the subcontractor will be provided for each item.
3.9.2.COC reports from subcontractors for special processes.
3.9.3.If required in the order - COT of the measured dimensions.
3.9.4.If required in the order - COA of the materials used.
3.9.5.
3.10.The subcontractor shall not perform repair or "as is" use of products supplied to Adwice company (even after an MRB committee review) without obtaining Adwice company's approval.

3.11. If there is a requirement in the order - for every item manufactured according to specification and ordered for the first time within the last two years from the order date, FAI (First Article Inspection) will be performed by the manufacturer based on AS9100 standard requirements. The QA manager at Adwice company may waive this requirement for the supplier, subject to written approval. (If a change is made to the item, a repeat FAI will be performed as required by the change and its derivatives).
3.12. The supplier will address Key Characteristics (KC) as required in the purchased product documentation.
3.13. If relevant, a Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention inspection by the subcontractor will be required as part of the order.
3.14. Prevention of the use of suspected unapproved or counterfeit parts.
3.15. Ensuring that supplier personnel:
- Are aware of their contribution to product and service conformity.
- Their contribution to product safety.
- The importance of ethical conduct.
3.16. Statistical sampling will be performed according to AQL 1.5 for C=0 as defined in the ZERO ACCEPTANCE NO. SAMPLING PLANS / SQUEGLIA table.
3.17. A Foreign Object Debris (FOD) inspection will be performed for every supplied item.
