Cancellation and Product Return Policy
A consumer purchasing a product on the website may cancel the transaction and return the product in accordance with the provisions regarding the cancellation of a distance selling transaction as stated in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"). The consumer is required to inspect the product upon receipt.
A transaction for the purchase of a product made on the website may be canceled by the consumer by providing a cancellation notice to the company, from the date of the transaction until 14 days from the day the product is received or from the day a document containing the main terms of the transaction is received, whichever is later, and all in accordance with the provisions of the Law. If the consumer is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant, the consumer's right to cancel a transaction for the purchase of a product made on the website is within four months from the date of the transaction, from the date the product is received, or from the date a document containing the main terms of the transaction is received, whichever is later, provided that the transaction involved a conversation between the business and the consumer, including a conversation through electronic communication.
In the event of a transaction cancellation that is not due to: (1) a defect or non-conformity in the product; or (2) non-delivery within the time specified in the transaction; or (3) any other breach of the transaction terms - the company will, within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice, refund the portion of the transaction price that was paid, if any, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and will not charge the consumer any amount, except for handling fees of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower, without derogating from any other rights of the company in accordance with the provisions of the Law. The consumer must return the product, at their own expense, to the company's business premises. The cost of return is borne by the consumer and will be paid by them to the company if the product return is carried out by a courier on behalf of the company.
In the event of a transaction cancellation due to a defect or non-conformity in the product or due to non-delivery of the product within the time specified in the transaction or due to any other breach of the transaction terms - the company will, within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice, refund the portion of the transaction price that was paid, cancel the charge for the transaction, provide a copy of the charge cancellation notice, and will not charge the consumer any amount. The consumer will return the product to the company at the place where it was delivered or in accordance with prior coordination with a company representative regarding the return method, and will notify the company accordingly.
Shipping
To return the product, the product should be sent by mail to the address: 16 Atir Yeda Street, Kfar Saba 4464321 Israel, after prior coordination. Or it can be returned to the company's warehouses at this address.
